Recurring Delivery is a service designed to take the hassle out of shopping for your grooming products. You decide what you want and how often. Once you make the initial purchase we will automatically ship out your order as per your chosen frequency, you never need to worry about running out again.

Q: What is a Recurring Delivery and how does it works?
Recurring Delivery is the option to have Man Perfected automatically repeat an order for you at a schedule of your choosing. Orders can be repeated anywhere from every two weeks to six monthly.
You wish to purchase a hair pomade. When making your purchase select the frequency at which you would like to receive the pomade, in this case we will say that you want to receive it every six weeks. You will receive your initial order straight away, then every six weeks Man Perfected will automatically process your order and ship out your hair pomade.
When you place a ‘Recurring Delivery’ order we will process that initial order and ship it out to you. We will then create a new order using the products selected by you (Recurring Delivery items only) at the frequency chosen by you.
Q: What are the advantages of using Recurring Delivery?
Recurring Delivery enables you to select the products that suit you, to be delivered at an interval that meets your demand. This ensures you will always have your essential grooming products without the need to shop for it separately, giving you more time to do the things you love. Not only does it provide you the convenience of ‘setting and forgetting’ your orders but it also provides you with a special discount of 10% off on your recurring delivery products (including your initial order).
Q: Can I cancel my Recurring Delivery?
Yes, you can cancel your Recurring Delivery at anytime as there are no lock in contracts. However, we recommend cancellation be done before we dispatch your next order if you do not wish to receive that order.
Q: How do I know what timeline to set for my Recurring Delivery?
Only you are able to answer how long a particular product will last with how you use it. Variables such as how long your hair is, or how often you shave make it nearly impossible for us to recommend an interval. The beauty of ‘Recurring Deliveries’ is it provides you with the flexibility of choosing a product and timeframe which suit your needs, not the other way around.
We recommend keeping track on how long a particular product lasts you or make an estimate off your previous usage pattern. Once you have this information you can place your order using the timeframe that suits your needs, not someone else’s.
Q: How can I update my Recurring Delivery?
At this stage we do not have the provision for you to update your Recurring Delivery order.
- In the case that you no longer need the product(s) you ordered, you can cancel the subscription by unsubscribing to it in ‘My Account’.
- If you think you need other products and no longer need the products you actually ordered you can cancel the subscription and place a new ‘Recurring Deliveries” order.
Note: We are in the process of upgrading the functionality of ‘Recurring Deliveries’ which will allow you to manage everything from your account.
Q: What will happen if my product(s)run out of stock?
If your chosen products are not available in our stock or are discontinued, we will contact you to see if there is a suitable replacement, otherwise your account will be reimbursed.
Q: For Recurring Delivery orders, how will shipping be charged?
All orders exceeding $40 is eligible for FREE SHIPPING across Australia and orders exceeding $99 will receive FREE EXPRESS POST SHIPPING. If there are 2 different recurring delivery cycles in the same order then it will be processed as 2 separate orders for the delivery cycles; and accordingly, shipping will be charged separately for each order delivered.
